Josie Tubbs

Josie joined the team as interim senior legal counsel in January 2023. She provides legal and regulatory advice to the team and helps with investment transactions. Prior to joining Josie was General Secretary UK of AXA Investment Managers where she led the UK legal team and was responsible for regulatory development, governance and AXA IM's Irish Operations and was a member of the Executive Committee. 

Josie is also Senior Independent Director of Unicorn AIM VCT (a listed venture capital trust investing in small companies) and a director of an Irish multi manager absolute return strategies umbrella fund company.
