Josie joined the team in January 2023 as Interim Senior Legal Cousel where she works on providing legal and regulatory advice, reviewing/drafting contracts and assisting with the legal part of the deal process.
Prior to joining, Josie worked at AXA Investment Managers where she handled litigation, regulatory remediation and significant legal negotiations and assisted its businesses with complying with the recent FCA regulatory initiatives on ESG.
