Togetherall is an anonymous digital mental health and wellbeing service where people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues can talk freely about their problems and self-manage their own mental health.

  • Revenue model

Togetherall is a subscription service. The investment is repaid through subscribing organisations, including NHS providers, government departments, the armed forces and universities, as well as individuals.

  • Impact

Togetherall members get instant access to 24/7 support, are supported to self-manage their mental health without recourse to further help, with 95% of users reporting improvements in their wellbeing.

Responding to COVID-19

  • The demand for online mental health support services has increased dramatically as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. More and more people are experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety and depression and the need for support has never been greater.

With an established service proposition and online delivery model, Togetherall was well-positioned to respond. As well as seeing a significant uplift in the number of people accessing the platform from existing partnerships, a number of new partnerships have also been quickly onboarded.

  • Togetherall have now been commissioned by Stockport and Glasgow City Councils to support their residents as well as the University of Oxford as part of its student support services. Oxford University is Togetherall's 98th UK higher education client and brings the number of UK students who can access the service to nearly 1.5 million. Overseas, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, announced Togetherall will be made available to all Canadians over the age of 16 via Wellness Together Canada. This supplements the Company’s existing provision to the Province of Ontario.

  • 2019/20 was a year of strong growth already but since the lockdown we have seen a massive uplift in the numbers of people accessing our platform and new partnerships are forming quickly as mounting isolation and anxiety demand quickly scalable tech solutions
