Aisha Washington

Aisha Washington has spent the past decade helping ambitious organisations build for scale. Most recently she was Founding COO of Purposeful Ventures, a venture builder where she led the organisation from spinout through rapid growth — building the team, operating model and governance from scratch.

Before that, she was Interim CEO of Get Further, a tutoring organisation she led through a period of 10x growth, and spent seven years at Ark as a Venture Partner, working hands-on with founders to launch and grow early-stage ventures including Now Teach and English Mastery. Aisha started her career at Bain & Company and holds an MBA from Stanford and a degree in PPE from Oxford.
