About Andrew
Andrew joined the team as Chief Financial & Operating Officer in November 2024, leading our Core group, which includes our finance, legal & compliance, IT, data, middle office and facilities teams.
Trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC, Andrew largely worked in the investment advisory team in his 18 years there. After PwC, Andrew spent five years as CFO at a family office, working across a range of sectors but including a private bank and hedge fund manager, then as a consultant working on risk, governance and regulatory compliance at a London-based insurance company. Just prior to joining Better Society Capital, Andrew worked at two housing associations, leading on asset management, corporate acquisitions and market rented portfolios.
Andrew is a member of our Executive Committee and a longstanding charity trustee and board member / chair, including co-founding two charities focussed on homelessness, connecting him deeply to BSC's mission.
