Camilla Parke

Camilla's role is to support BSC in defining its strategic vision and goals and developing the organisational infrastructure (approaches, frameworks, and processes) and capabilities to learn, adapt, and deliver against them. This includes ensuring effective collaboration across our priority Opportunity Areas - the areas where we see the most significant potential for social investment to deliver impact at scale. She also works with our Head of Impact to support the ongoing iteration and adaptation of BSC's system change strategies and interventions, supported by high-quality planning and decision making, underpinned by internal and external feedback loops, data and learning.

Before joining the team, Camilla participated in the social enterprise leadership programme On Purpose. Prior to this, she worked in the Innovation Lab at Nesta, and spent 8 years as a consultant advising private and public sector clients on strategy, innovation, scenario planning and foresight.
