About Carolina
Carolina joined Better Society Capital as an Investment Manager in 2021. Her main focus is on the Social Outcomes Contracts team, where she helps shape strategy for the Better Futures Fund opportunity area and manages a portfolio of investments across social outcomes, social and affordable housing, and social lending. She also contributes to BSC's market-building work in social outcomes contracts, including bringing new capital and fund managers into the sector and working with government.
Carolina has experience in real estate, private equity and impact investing. Before BSC, she worked at a real estate private equity firm in Colombia, supporting the deployment and portfolio management of residential investments across Latin America.
Carolina holds a Masters in Business Administration from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and a B.A. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá).
