About Carolina
Carolina joined BSC in August 2021 as an Investment Manager. She works across BSC’s portfolio of social impact investments, with a particular focus on Social Outcomes Contracts, as well as Social and Affordable Housing and Lending. Since joining the team, Carolina has led new investments and managed existing portfolio investments across multiple asset classes. She has also supported the portfolio management of the SBSI Trust and contributed to BSC’s market‑building work in social outcomes contracts, including supporting the development of capital and fund managers in the sector, as well as government engagement activities.
Prior to joining BSC, Carolina worked in Colombia as a Financial Asset Manager at Paladin Realty Partners, where she supported the deployment and portfolio management of residential investments across Latin America. Before that, she worked at Colombia’s largest pension fund, Porvenir, where she held several roles within the alternative investments risk team, analysing private equity investments.
