About Claire
Having joined BSC in 2015, Claire leads the Investment Partnerships and Advisory team, which focuses on providing support and tools to investors that unlocks more capital into social investment in the UK.
Claire spent seven years as a Director for Social Ventures Australia where she was responsible for social enterprise funds, overseeing the social venture portfolio and developing new business opportunities, including in social investment. Claire previously worked for Quiller Consultants, a London based strategic communications consultancy. She holds an MSc in International and European Politics from Edinburgh University.
Claire is vice chair of the Board of Governors at Sefton Park Infant and Junior School and is an Advisory Committee member of BBRC. She was previously a board member of Social Value UK and Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees at Lloyd Park Children’s Charity.
