Colleen Cheetham-Gerrard

Colleen is the People & Talent Manager for Better Society Capital. People are the most important thing at BSC and the team try to ensure that the experience at BSC is a strong and positive one, helping people grow their careers in a meaningful way. She takes a business partnering approach to ensure as much joined up thinking as possible between business priorities and the people approach. She prioritises inclusion and wellbeing as two of the key pillars of her work.

Colleen joined BSC with a number of years of experience as a generalist HR professional, having previously worked within technology and real estate industries. She is an associate member of the CIPD.

Outside of her day job, she works with her local community near the River Roding to improve the area, including litter picking, wildlife conservation and re-wilding.
