About Fabio
Fabio helps change and improve BSC’s capabilities through information technology. This includes facilitating tech adoption across different departments, advocating for IT as an embedded business partner in providing tech solutions, and combining and integrating IT systems to deliver business requirements.
Fabio started out as a software developer with an emphasis on designing databases, gaining experience in managing the Software Development Life Cycle. This opened up opportunities to progress into a business analyst role, bridging the gap between customer requirements and tech teams to implement IT features aligned with software configuration best practice.
