Grace Morales

Grace is the Senior Officer - Compliance Operations, and is part of the Legal & Compliance team. She focuses on compliance monitoring, training and governance across the business, owning BSC's compliance platform, end-to-end, from building out training modules to managing compliance declarations and registers. Grace works closely with the team on everything from policy reviews and regulatory horizon-scanning to FCA submissions and correspondence.

Before BSC, Grace worked at a strategic comms and advocacy consultancy across multiple mission-driven client accounts, coordinating across internal and external teams and stakeholders, developing prioritisation and structured delivery skills.

Outside BSC, Grace volunteers at community gardens across London and is studying a part-time Masters in Food Policy.
