Hayley Hand

Hayley is an Investment Director in the Impact Venture team at Better Society Capital. She leads the team's work in impact - pushing the boundaries of impact practice in venture and collaborating with others to amplify their work in this space. Hayley specialises in health tech venture and leads the programme of work identifying how best to invest and support high impact health tech ventures to scale.

Hayley is also a member of the Impact VC team, a global community of hundreds of venture capital investors coming together to learn about and accelerate the topic of impact in venture. She leads the training programme and Impact as a Driver of Value work.

Previously, Hayley was a strategy consultant at EY-Parthenon and spent a year on secondment at the Social Business Trust. She holds a BA in Economics from Cambridge University
