About Jonathan
Jonathan joined the team in March 2025 as our Data and Impact Director working on evolving our investment data infrastructure, processes, and overall approach.
Prior to joining, Jonathan worked at Teach First for nine years across teacher recruitment, school partnerships, operations, and technology. His most recent role was Director of Data and Analytics, where he built out an organisational wide data function encompassing data management, data engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
