About Josie
Josie joined in March 2026 as Director of Internal Communications, providing strategic support for our 2030 strategy, transformation programme and our people & culture initiatives.
Josie brings over 20 years of experience from a variety of sectors, most recently leading communications and change programmes in global pharma and AI Biotech, including at AstraZeneca and Roche. She has also worked in charities and in finance, with eight years at Standard Life.
