About Jovana
Jovana started at Better Society Capital in January 2024 as the new Policy and Advocacy Manager, supporting the Policy Director on policy development and political engagement. She joined from the National Lottery Community Fund, the UK’s largest funder of community activity and an arm’s length body of the UK government.
Before that, she worked at the Centre for Cities think tank in London. She also spent five years in the financial services industry, starting her career at Morgan Stanley where she was the EMEA press officer for their Research and Sustainability teams. She then worked in JPMorgan’s EMEA Government Relations team on EU and UK financial services policy.
Jovana holds a MSc in Public Policy from University College London (UCL), as well as an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business also from UCL.
