About Julia
Julia Lenon is an Impact Director at Better Society Capital, leading our approach to impact and systems change performance, the development and delivery of key parts of our impact practice and providing specialist support to our asset class teams on impact analysis. Since joining the team in 2021, Julia has led on strengthening how we use data to understand and enhance the impact of our investments, supporting portfolio management, impact reporting, and strategic decision-making across a diverse range of funds and investments.
Before joining Better Society Capital, Julia worked at The Careers & Enterprise Company, where she worked across policy and data, helping to improve evidence, insights, and outcomes for young people. Prior to this, she was part of the strategy team at MS Amlin, working on corporate strategy and business analysis.
Julia is also a School Governor at Earlsfield Primary School.
