Kieran McDonagh

Kieran joined the team in 2025 as Director of Finance, bringing over 20 years of experience in Finance and Operations. He has a strong background in Financial Services, having held senior leadership roles across Private Equity and Asset Management. In his more recent roles prior to BSC, he worked with several impact-driven organisations, including an environmental research firm, an emerging markets infrastructure developer, and a CleanTech company. Kieran is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA).
