About Nayan
Nayan joined Better Society Capital's Housing team as an Investment Manager in 2026, where she identifies, assesses and manages impact investment opportunities in the social and affordable housing sector across the UK.
Before BSC, she was a Senior Investment Manager at Charities Aid Foundation's social investment fund Venturesome, where she supported charities and social enterprises across affordable housing, arts and culture, education, environment and youth services. Earlier in her career she worked in impact investing and corporate social responsibility in India, deploying equity and grant capital to early-stage social businesses and designing impact funds and accelerator programmes. She serves as a Trustee of the Longleigh Foundation, a grant-making charity dedicated to driving meaningful change for social housing residents.
