About Nikola
Nikola joined the team in April 2023 as People and Talent Administrator, managing our HR administration, business support and people related compliance matters. She has since transitioned into the role of People and Talent Administration Lead, overseeing the seamless execution of administrative processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and new joiners. Nikola also coordinates onboarding, manage employee data, and support the Core Group with meeting logistics.
Prior to joining Better Society Capital, Nikola worked as an Early Careers Advisor at J Murphy and Sons.
