About Olly
Olly joined the team in June 2025 as an Investment Partnerships & Advisory Manager, where he manages internal stakeholder relations and works on the development and execution of BSC's engagement strategy.
Before joining, Olly was Head of Development at the Global Returns Project, a climate change charity, where he developed a methodology for selecting and assessing high-impact climate not-for-profits. Then moved to GrowthInvest, a scale-up investment platform, where he built and managed relationships with fund managers across the alternative investment space.
