About Paley
Paley joined the team in May 2024 as Investment Network Manager, she works on building and managing BSC's investment networks and supporting fund managers to accelerate their scaling journeys.
Prior to joining BSC, Most recently Paley has worked as a consultant for a variety of healthcare and social investment organisations including the Elton John Aids Foundation, NHS NorthWest London’s Health Equity Team, EG Capital, and with BSC where she ha been project managed the 2024 Blended Finance workshop for the Social Lending team and supported setting up the Community of Practice. As a consultant she managed investor relationships, built communities of practice, and advised funders on their investment strategies.
