About Rajan
Rajan joined the team in November 2025 as Finance Assistant, supporting financial processes across Better Society Capital's corporate and investment activity. His responsibilities span the month-end accounting process, reconciliations, cost analysis and the preparation of management accounts. He also assists with investment accounting and the half-yearly valuation of investments, and provides transactional support for the Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust (SBSI).
Prior to joining, Rajan worked as an auditor at UHY Hacker Young, where he completed audits across a range of industries whilst studying towards his AAT qualification. He continues to build on this foundation at BSC, where he is furthering his professional development through his ACCA studies.
