About Raymond
Ray joined the team as an Investment Manager in March 2026.
Before joining Better Society Capital, Ray worked at Legal & General Asset Management's Private Credit team, investing across corporate sectors in the UK and Europe.
He also worked at Lloyds Banking Group in Capital Structure Advisory and at UNICEF UK as a Corporate Business Development Manager.
Ray has an undergraduate degree in Accounting & Finance from Warwick Business School, and has passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams.
