Rebecca Grattage

Rebecca joined the team in July 2026 as Investment Partnerships and Advisory Manager, where she works with investors and strategic partners to support the growth of the social impact investment market.

Before joining, Rebecca spent seven years in impact investing at Tribe Impact Capital (Snowball Fund) and Social and Sustainable Capital, working across direct and fund investments. Her experience includes sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management and impact measurement across a range of social and environmental investment strategies. Earlier in her career, she held research and business development roles at organisations working to address social and environmental challenges.

Rebecca holds an MSc in Sustainable Development and Environmental Economics and an MA in French and German from the University of St Andrews. She is also a Trustee of Buglife – The Invertebrate Conservation Trust, Europe's only organisation dedicated to the conservation of all invertebrates.
