About Rose
Rose Dyer joined the team in November 2025 as the Managing Director of Transformation, where she leads company-wide change to equip BSC to become an AI-ready and technology-forward organisation. Her role focuses on building project and change management maturity to ensure BSC is able to deliver social impact at scale.
Before joining BSC, Rose led complex transformation programmes across financial services and consumer businesses, including middle office and compliance transformations at Barclays Capital and HSBC Global Banking and Markets. At Beauty Pie, she established the Programme Management Office, led cross-functional strategic programmes, and championed ESG and responsible AI initiatives.
Rose is a certified member of the Project Management Institute and is active in sustainability networks through her edie membership.
