About Shanice
Shanice joined the team in March 2026 as a Data Officer where she works closely with the Investment team to support the management and improvement of data processes such as intake, storage, and monitoring. She also works on key areas of impact data.
Prior to joining, Shanice completed a PhD in Neuroscience, where she explored how brain activity enables animals to distinguish one another by scent, whilst contributing to public engagement and STEM outreach. Before this, she researched the wiring of an insect brain using computational tools.
