About Will
Will joined Better Society Capital in February 2026 as Senior Programme and Project Manager, Transformation, where he supports the delivery of BSC's organisational development agenda, including operationalising the new strategy, strengthening digital and data capabilities, and rolling out new ways of working.
Prior to joining, Will led service operations, programmes, and partnerships across government, business, and the social sector, specialising in turning strategy into delivery. Most recently, he built and embedded new ways of working at PBE (formerly Pro Bono Economics), introducing delivery frameworks that expanded the organisation's capacity to work with 131% more organisations.
