Housing

We want to see £10 billion more impact capital mobilised to help meet the growing and urgent need for social and affordable housing in the next decade.

Our housing investment strategy

We’re seeking to grow the capital invested in complementary models that not only increase supply of safe and affordable housing, but do so with sustainable financial and tenant outcomes. We aim to do this through investing ourselves while building the markets, structures and partnerships that allow others to invest with confidence.

Housing for people who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness

We invest in solutions that provide alternatives to poor quality Temporary Accommodation, supporting people to get back on their feet with wrap around support whilst also generating savings for government.

Increased supply of social and affordable housing

We back housing funds that increase the supply of high-quality social and affordable homes, targeting areas of greatest need and delivering sustainable outcomes for both tenants and investors.

Supported housing for people with complex needs

We partner with specialist fund managers that buy and/or develop homes adapted for people with acute needs and who partner with specialist care providers to support people over the long-term.
