People strategy

Our People Strategy will ensure we effect change through diversity of people and ideas. It focuses on people, practices, and behaviours that link directly to our social mission and ensure employee fulfilment, high performance and long-term business and sector growth.

  • This Strategy plays a vital role in safeguarding our culture. It ensures we: work with purpose; give our teams autonomy and flexibility; listen, learn and collaborate; are rigorous in our approach, and; work with integrity and respect.

    Our strategy sets out four strategic aims that will support the delivery of our business strategy through people.

    Developing our reputation as an employer of choice that values diversity and inclusion.

  • Retain and develop

    Promote and encourage a culture of continuous learning, supported by a positive work environment and working practices and processes that support flexibility, empowerment and teamwork.

  • Excellence in Leadership & Management

    Influencing and motivating people, leading change and communicating consistently and with impact. Managers will support their teams to build skills, knowledge and expertise, knowing when to listen, to coach and to challenge.

  • Embrace change and innovation

    Through people and processes, allowing space for ideas and providing a supportive work environment.
