About Blue
Blué joined the team in March 2026 as an Investment Project Manager, where he leads the digitisation and optimisation of Better Society Capital's investment lifecycle.
Prior to joining, Blué spent a decade founding, scaling and funding impact-driven organisations, including co-founding Talk Club, a men's mental health charity. He led ImpactU at the London School of Economics, deploying £1m into pre-seed social ventures and supporting nearly 1,000 founders across 50 UK universities, and served as Head of Programmes at the School for Social Entrepreneurs, where he introduced the organisation's first project management approach across a £10m contract portfolio.
Blué brings deep expertise in programme and project management, stakeholder engagement and impact entrepreneurship, alongside an earlier decade-long career in the aerospace sector
