About Emma
Emma joined the team in March 2025 as part of the On Purpose Associate Programme. Emma will be supporting on the delivery of our 2024 Maket Sizing and also the development of ImpactVC.
Prior to joining, Emma's first On Purpose placement was with Mutual Value Labs, a management consultancy that supports organisations to align around their purpose. Her role was to lead the team in a programme of culture change, to embed their desired character in everything they do.
Before her roles as an On Purpose Associate, Emma spent 16 years working as a registered social worker within a local authority, supporting adults.
