George's role is Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer where he supports the Policy Director on policy development and political engagement.
Prior to his current role, George joined the team in 2022 as an Investment Support Officer where alongside admin responsibilities, he coordinated our Foundations of Social Investment Programme.
Prior to joining, George worked as a Private Secretary at the Department of Health and Social Care and as an Admin Support Officer and Data Manager at UKHSA (as part of the response to the UK Covid-19 Pandemic). He also has volunteered for six months at Citizen’s Advice Canterbury alongside his studies for his degree in Politics and International Relations.
