About Katie
Katie joined Big Society Capital in November 2020 as a Multiverse Digital Marketing Apprentice and graduated from the programme in February 2022 with a distinction. She now works as a Junior Communications Officer supporting with content creation and management, measuring kpis (key performance indicators) and monitoring Big Society Capital’s social media channels.
In 2020 Katie completed a Digital Marketing traineeship with London Vesta College, the traineeship included four weeks of online lessons and then a further four weeks in a placement where she worked with an amateur film company optimising their social media channels. She has also worked with Addo Play where she created a six-week summer marketing campaign to advertise products and brands.
In her spare time, Katie makes/sells her own jewellery to raise money for Brainstrust and Cancer Research UK where she also volunteers.
