About Nica
Nica joined the team in April 2023 as People & Talent Officer, managing our recruitment process and contributing to broader HR initiatives. She has since transitioned into the role of Employee Engagement Officer, focusing on enhancing the employee experience, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and driving engagement initiatives across the organisation. She leads efforts to implement and manage key employee engagement processes, and contributes to the organisation’s EDI action plan.
Prior to joining, Nica worked as a Recruitment Specialist for the manufacturing and engineering sector; building relationships with clients in Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby.
