About Tracy
Tracy joined the team in March 2026 as Head of Middle Office where she focuses on building out and managing the implementation of Better Society Capital’s new Middle Office function, supporting the investment and operational process for BSC’s portfolio.
Before joining BSC, Tracy worked in operations, finance, and compliance roles within the financial services industry. She was responsible for strengthening financial controls, improving reporting and governance, and supporting regulatory compliance initiatives.
