About Victoria
Victoria joined the team in October 2021 as an Investment Director. Her key responsibilities are improving the resilience and growth of social purpose organisations through the design, execution and management of BSC’s social impact investment and engaging with investors and stakeholders to build thriving social lending markets.
Prior to joining the team, Victoria has eight years of impact investment experience gained at AgDevCo where she provided private equity and debt and specialist support to sustainable agribusinesses in sub-Saharan Africa. Also at Soros Economic Development Fund where Victoria was a part of the Open Society Foundations Economic Justice Program, the Soros Economic Development Fund (SEDF) which invests globally to promote economic opportunities for the most marginalized people and communities.
