About Xavier

Xavier joined the team in February 2022 as an Investment Director where he maintains and develops portfolio and transaction models. He also will be building Big Society Capital's investment team’s overall modelling capabilities through training and development of team members’ modelling skills.

Prior to joining the team, Xavier worked within financial modelling in the property industry. His experience spans a variety of asset classes across the industry, focusing specifically on complex regeneration projects and public-private affordable housing investments with high social impact. For over ten years, Xavier created bespoke valuation and forecasting models for assets, portfolio, fund and M&A analysis. Most recently, he worked for the Hyde Group in their FP&A function and before that, he was a Director in CBRE Capital Advisors’ financial consulting team.
