The Fund provides equity-like capital to build and buy affordable homes. The properties will be managed by mid-sized housing associations enabling them to reach a greater number of individuals in need of a home.
The Fund’s social purpose is to increase the provision of good quality, affordable housing to improve the lives of people in social need. The Good Economy Partnership act as the Social Impact Advisor for the Fund, working with Funding Affordable Homes to develop impact assessment tools and due diligence frameworks for each investment.
