The Fund supports community-based social enterprises and charities in deprived areas of Yorkshire and the Humber to purchase or develop assets so that they can better deliver local services. Matched with European Regional Development Fund (EDRF) financing the Fund provides loans up to £300k, ensuring organisations struggling to access finance can get the appropriate product they need. If the product proves successful, it could be replicated in other regions around the UK.
